We collect information you provide directly, including your email address and password when you create an account. We also collect usage data such as which signals you view, your session activity, and device information (browser type, operating system, IP address).
We use collected information to provide and improve the Service, send transactional emails (account confirmation, signal alerts), personalise your experience, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. All data at rest is encrypted. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
We use browser localStorage to store your session preferences and terms acceptance. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
We use Supabase for authentication and database services, and Stripe for payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary with each provider.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also request a copy of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us through the app's support channel.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
For users in Malaysia, your personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010) and regulated by the Department of Personal Data Protection Malaysia (JPDP). In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you within 21 days of becoming aware of the breach, as required under Malaysian data protection obligations.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
