By accessing or using the Auralyse service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using Auralyse, you represent that you meet these requirements.
All signals, analysis, and content provided through Auralyse are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Auralyse Pro is a recurring, auto-renewing paid subscription. By subscribing to Pro and completing checkout, you expressly authorise Auralyse and its payment processor (Stripe) to automatically and repeatedly charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee, plus any applicable taxes, on a recurring basis — every month for monthly plans, or every year for annual plans — until you cancel. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period with no further action required from you. The renewal amount is deducted automatically on or around the same day of each billing cycle, using the payment method on file. (b) Authorised recurring charges. Each recurring charge is a valid, expected, and pre-authorised payment that you knowingly agreed to when you subscribed. You acknowledge that these charges are NOT unauthorised, mistaken, or fraudulent, and that a recurring subscription deduction you agreed to does not constitute an "unauthorised transaction." (c) Continuing authority. This payment authorisation remains in force until the subscription is cancelled and applies to all future renewals at the then-current price, including to any replacement or updated payment method you provide. (d) Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your profile. Cancellation stops future renewals only; it takes effect at the end of the current paid period, during which you retain access. Cancellation does not reverse or refund charges already made. (e) No refunds. All fees are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits are issued for partial billing periods, unused time, dissatisfaction, non-use, or account termination. (f) Failed payments. If a renewal payment is declined, we may automatically retry it and may suspend, downgrade, or terminate your access until payment succeeds. (g) Price changes. We may modify pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to active subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price. (h) Billing disputes and chargebacks. Because all recurring charges are pre-authorised, you agree to contact us at support@auralyse.gold to resolve any billing question before disputing a charge with your bank or card provider. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a properly billed, authorised subscription charge is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and loss of access. Auralyse retains records of your account registration, your acceptance of these Terms, your subscription selection, and your billing authorisation, and may submit those records to your bank, card network, or payment processor as evidence that the charge was authorised.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
All content, signals, algorithms, software, and materials provided through the Service are proprietary to Auralyse. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law, transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or redistribute signals to third parties without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auralyse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Auralyse is not licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) or Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). The Service does not constitute securities dealing or fund management as defined under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (CMSA 2007). Users in Malaysia access the Service at their own discretion and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the courts of Malaysia.
