By accessing or using the Auralyse service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using Auralyse, you represent that you meet these requirements.
All signals, analysis, and content provided through Auralyse are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your profile. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
All content, signals, algorithms, software, and materials provided through the Service are proprietary to Auralyse. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law, transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or redistribute signals to third parties without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auralyse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Auralyse is not licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) or Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). The Service does not constitute securities dealing or fund management as defined under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (CMSA 2007). Users in Malaysia access the Service at their own discretion and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the courts of Malaysia.
